The council is a vibrant family oriented, fraternal, and charitable organization based on the principles of charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism. Our local council was established March 13, l984, has over 90 members, and is growing. We're young, middle-aged and senior practicing Catholic men devoted to charitable works. There are over 1.8 million members throughout the world. Our charter is to support Father Miller, the parish and the surrounding communities. Members also support one another as we are a fraternal order.
Membership is open to ALL practicing Catholic men 18 years and older. We meet the second Monday of every month at 7pm to plan our organization activities. The Knights sponsor parish events such as the Latino Food Night, Clam Bake, Chili Cook-Off, and Meatless Dinners during Lent. We're an active council winning numerous performance awards and always looking for new members. Contact Grand Knight Peter Maiale at 704.240.9841

The Rosary Outreach
The Rosary Outreach group offers prayers and visits to homebound parishioners. Each Thursday after morning Mass and Daytime Prayer, members pray the rosary together with Father. During the following week, members who are able will call on parishioners who are homebound, hospitalized or in nursing homes to visit and pray the rosary with them.
Please come and join us. For more information, please contact Sylvia LaFave at 704.530.2699
Confraternity of Christian Women

Though we are primarily a spiritual group, the Confraternity answers a special calling to assist Father Miller and the parsih in the organization, running or fund raising for various events throughout the year. Members are also active in volunteering with other parish ministries.
Meetings are held monthly on the third Tuesday at 7pm. For more information, please contact the Church Office at 704.735.5575
Fidelis is a Parish-based Catholic mentoring program for girls from 6-12th grade dedicated to equipping young women to be virtuous members of their community through True Mentorship. Volunteer mentors from Belmont Abbey seek holiness in their own lives, build friendships with the young ladies and then mentor with excellence. It is a simple formula - but has been a proven success.
The program's curriculum focuses on St. John Paul II's series of general audiences on the Virgin Mary our role model, and we will apply the messages and teachings given by the Pope to show the girls God's purpose and will for a woman. Fidelis Chapter meeting include contemporary movie clips and recreation to introduce the virtues. Small group discussions are infused with the Sunday Gospel and other Catholic resources adding substance and history to the topic of each night. The meetings end with a spiritual Challenge to help the young women transform what they have learned into a lifelong habit.
This year, we will begin on August 31st. Meetings are every Monday from 7:00pm - 9:00pm at the St. Michael's school gymnasium in Gastonia. Visit fidelisonline.org
